Part 1: 1. License & Ownership
All accounts, credits, tournaments, and virtual items provided in this project exist
solely within the platform. Players are granted a personal, non-transferable license to
use them. Ownership remains with the project.
Part 2: Account policy
Accounts may not be sold, traded, transferred, or monetized for money or any other value,
inside or outside the platform. Limited household sharing may be tolerated,
but the original account holder is fully responsible for all activities performed on their account.
Part 3: Credits & Virtual Items
Credits and virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or anything of value outside the platform.
They exist solely for gameplay and tournament participation.
Part 4: Age Requirement
Players must be at least 16 years olda to use the platform.
By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The platform does not collect personal data and cannot verify age independently.
Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
Part 5: Content & Moderation
All messages, images, and profile changes are reviewed by moderators before being made
public. This ensures that no illegal content, harassment, or harmful material is visible
to other players.
Part 6: Banner Spaces
Banner spaces are won through gameplay and exist solely within the platform.
They carry no real-world value or property rights. Monetizing banner spaces outside the platform - for money,
cryptocurrency, or any other compensation - is strictly prohibited.
Players are solely responsible for content displayed on their banners.
The platform may remove or reassign any banner space at any time without compensation.
Part 7: Privacy
The platform collects only a username and password from users.
No personal data such as name, email, address, or phone number is required or stored.
IP addresses may be logged for general statistics and security purposes, not linked to user identity.
The platform uses one strictly necessary cookie (CSRF token) to protect against security attacks.
No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are used. The platform does not sell or share user data with third parties.
Part 8: Legal Notice
These terms are governed by the laws of the platform operator's country of registration.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
By using the platform from any location, you accept this jurisdiction.
Violations of these terms do not grant any rights in accounts, credits, banner spaces, or other platform assets.
