A handsome shot of a pilot gliding over a sunlit Manhattan skyline. The mood is warm and pretty, yet the perspective is fairly standard and the pilot a bit small, so the drama stays muted.

Image 1 — "Freedom of flight" : 3.75
A genuinely immersive first-person POV — hands gripping the bar, orange wing overhead, the red canyon and winding river far below. It captures the actual sensation of hang-gliding better than anything else here, held back only by a slightly cramped framing.

This is the most cinematic of the four — a striped glider banking past One World Trade Center as molten golden sunlight floods the river and skyline. The scale, the way the wing slices across the tower, and the rich backlighting all give it a poster-quality drama, and the pilot's silhouette anchors the flight without dominating it. It feels like a still from a high-end travel film. My winner.
