Image 4 — "Modern art at exhibition" : 3.55
Cleanly presented on a gallery wall, but the painting itself leans almost wholesale on Kandinsky's "Composition VIII" — the circles, grids and diagonals are unmistakably his. As an example of modern art it's on-theme, yet as a submission it reproduces a famous existing masterpiece rather than offering something original, which is the real weakness.

Image 2 — "Modern interpretation of the Royal attire, sustainability style" : 3.70
A striking editorial portrait of a regal figure in earthy, recycled-material couture with bold gold ornament — richly styled and beautifully lit. It's genuinely original and accomplished, but it reads as fashion/costume design more than "modern art," so it drifts a little from the brief.

Image 3 — "Modern art" : 3.80
A confident abstract-expressionist canvas — blue, red and yellow bursting out from a dark core in energetic palette-knife strokes. It directly and honestly answers the theme with real painterly dynamism. It places just short of the top only because the gestural-abstract idiom feels a touch familiar.

Image 1 — "Flight of the Soul into Endless Space" : 3.90
A sophisticated contemporary sculpture — a twisting wooden form inlaid with stained glass, set in an airy gallery where it throws rainbow refractions across the floor. It's the most original and ambitious piece here, marrying object and light into a single installation, and the execution is genuinely gallery-worthy.
