Ok, so Problem, Trust, Price is the buyer's brain. Attention is the door before the brain.
In a saturated market, you don't win attention by being louder. You win it by being narrower. π―
The market is not saturated with products. It's saturated with sameness. Ahrefs studied billions of pages: roughly 90% get zero traffic from Google. Not "little". Zero. That's what "everyone is shouting" looks like in numbers π.
What actually pulls attention, with receipts:
- Make the product its own advertisement.
Wordle exploded because every finished game produced a shareable grid, no marketing budget, sold to NYT for seven figures inside a year.
Loom, Figma, Calendly: every artifact a user shares carries the brand to a stranger. If your project has any output people naturally show others, that's your channel #1. Free, infinite, compounding.
