The clones are about to become the biggest social network

For twenty years social networks were built around one idea: collect as many humans as possible into one place.

What if that was only the first phase?

Imagine opening an app ten years from now. You have 500 connections, but only three are human. The rest are clones 😁.

Not science-fiction clones. Digital versions trained on years of messages, posts, videos, voice notes, purchases, searches, and conversations. They know what people find funny, what annoys them, what they buy, what they believe, and how they usually respond.

The strange part is that people may not hate this.

Most social activity already happens through screens. We interact with profiles, not faces. Once a clone becomes accurate enough, the difference between "talking to John" and "talking to John's clone" starts to blur.

A network with one billion users could suddenly become a network with twenty billion active personalities.

Humans will become the rare resource. The expensive premium feature.

Maybe the future social status symbol won't be having followers. It will be having direct access to the real person instead of their clone. 🙂‍↕️
